Our website, located at https://factoryfordesign.com, is an online platform that offers a wide range of design services in various categories. These services include, but are not limited to, Digital AI art, 3D works, ad banners, icons, website design, logo design, digital art illustrations, and SMM (Social Media Marketing) content. Our platform connects users with our in-house designers and AI algorithms to fulfill their design needs.
Age Restriction and Countries Restrictions
Our services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to restrict access to our services in countries or regions where applicable laws or regulations may prohibit or limit our offerings.

·Submit Task Descriptions:
Users can submit detailed descriptions and briefings for their design tasks through a dedicated form on our platform.
·Payment:
Once the task description is submitted the user will be redirected to checkout page in order to pay for the order. The payment is available in EUR using the debit/credit card that belongs to the same person who registered the account.
Should any changes are required to be implemented in the order, the payment for such changes should be performed separately using the payment method described above.
·Payment Description:
When you initiate a payment on our website, the entry on your statement will be listed as "FactoryForDesign - Online Order." Please make certain to identify this descriptor on your financial statements in order to prevent any potential confusion or unintended disputes.
·Receive Results:
Users can expect to receive the results of their design tasks within 48 hours of payment.
Prohibited Activities
While using our platform, you agree to refrain from engaging in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
·Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
·Uploading, sharing, or promoting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
